How to Un-enroll a unit from DDM
How to Un-enroll a unit from DDM
If a key panel was enrolled in DANTE Domain Manager you can
un-enroll it without having access to the network where it was connected with
DDM.
You can easily recognize an enrolled panel, it will not accept any
change in device name and audio IP-address.
- Connect the
OMNEO Network port directly to the computer and ensure your computer is
within the same network range as the OMNEO audio IP-address of the device,
including same subnet. If this is unknown it can be confirmed via the
display of the device OR in device info of DANTE Controller after boot-up.
- Ensure the device has the
OMNEO client firmware 2.5.x or greater applied as RVON is not visual in
DANTE Controller nor can communicate with DANTE Domain Manager.
- Start Dante Controller.
- Power up the panel. It may
take a minute before it becomes visual in DANTE Controller.
- As soon as you see the panel
in DANTE Controller, double click it.
- In the new window select
“Devices” from the menu on top.
- Then select “Clear Domain
Credentials Ctrl+Shift+D”

- Next go to
the tab “Device Config” and do a “Clear config”.

- Last but
not least, cycle the power of the panel.
