Correct the Vlink installation
To correct the Vlink installation that is incorrectly of SIP
and needs to change to Vlink Matrix, please follow these steps:
- uninstall VLINK from your computer.
You can do this by going into
Control Panel > Program and Features and uninstall RTS VLINK. - Once uninstalled, on the computer you need to
- Go to the C drive > Program Files > RTS > VLink
Virtual Matrix
- Delete the “.txt” document labeled “System
Configuration”.
- Once you deleted that file you can reinstall VLink and
this time pay attention to the window prompt which ask which VLink
application you want to install. Select the one for Matrix not SIP.
